Dear Tomorrow’s World Subscriber,
Greetings from Charlotte, NC! A warm welcome to thousands of you new subscribers to Tomorrow’s World since my last personal letter to all subscribers. Tomorrow’s World is swiftly approaching 400,000 copies per issue!
As we are adding more stations and more power through the Internet, our subscription list is truly growing so that we will have a far greater impact in months to come. As prophetic events seemingly speed up, more millions of people are asking, “What is really going on? Is this human society coming to an end?” The pollsters now tell us that more and more people are turning away from religion. They have come to realize the emptiness of most organized religions, the lack of real strength from God which is lacking in those organizations, and the seeming “futility” of life which many of them are experiencing.
Increasingly, people are losing faith in God Himself. They have become disillusioned by a “mainstream” Christianity that, frankly, is not and never was the Christianity of the first century church! What is wrong? And why do so many professing ministers of Christ utterly fail to really understand the exciting events taking place all around us? And why are the writers and leaders in this Work able to genuinely understand the swift-moving prophetic events and explain to our subscribers what is just ahead?
There is a vital “key” to genuine understanding.
That “key” is not shrouded in mystery. Yet it is very clear. And it is repeated again and again from one end of the Bible to the other. But, a very real Satan the Devil has blinded the vast majority of human beings and even professing “Christians” so that they cannot understand! The Apostle Paul was inspired by Almighty God to write: “But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them” (2 Corinthians 4:3-4).
Because of this spiritual blindness which the Creator has allowed for the first 6,000 years of human experience, many people regard the Bible as a mysterious “puzzle” which they cannot understand. I will always remember my mainstream Protestant Sunday school teacher patiently explaining to us children why Jesus Christ nearly always spoke in parables. She said, “Children, in Jesus’ time most of the people were farmers or shepherds. So that is why Jesus gave these ‘stories’ using agricultural terms which they could understand.”
Nice try.
But what this sweet old lady forgot to mention was that Jesus Himself explained why He so often spoke to the public in parables. Please read His inspired explanation carefully! After Jesus gave the parable of the “Sower and the Seed,” (Matthew 13:1-9), His disciples asked, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” Then Jesus answered, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.” Then Jesus continued, “Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, and seeing you will see and not perceive…’” (vv. 13-14).
What, then, is the “key” to truly understand the Bible and the swiftly moving prophetic events taking place in front of your very eyes? It is simple. But it goes against human nature—especially as our human nature is so often misguided by Satan the Devil. The inspired Bible tells us, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever” (Psalm 111:10). Near the end of the Apostolic Age, the beloved Apostle John wrote, “Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, ‘I know Him,’ and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him” (1 John 2:3-4).
So we do not “know” God—and certainly do not have true understanding—unless we “keep His commandments”! Thousands of professing Christians claim they love Jesus, yet they do not do the one thing that Jesus said those who love Him would do (John 14:15).
And why are some people’s prayers answered far more than others’? The Bible explains that: “whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight” (1 John 3:22). Again, what is the Bible definition of the true “saints” of God? “Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus” (Revelation 14:12).
Being fully surrendered to obey the great spiritual Law of God, the Ten Commandments, is absolutely vital to anyone who genuinely wants to receive God’s Holy Spirit (Acts 5:32) and to be granted genuine understanding of the Bible. We at Tomorrow’s World are by no means perfect, but we have been led by the Spirit of God to be willing to obey all ten of God’s commandments as a “way of life”! Therefore, when you read Tomorrow’s World, you will discern that we do have real understanding of dozens of the specific prophecies of the Bible. This understanding makes your television news viewing and your newspaper reading “come alive” as you see—virtually every week—some specific event or events taking place in the ongoing fulfillment of the end-time prophecies of your Bible!
Also, in this Work, we have experienced scores of genuine “healings”—people being supernaturally healed by God just as they were in Jesus’ day and in the ministry of Peter, of Paul and even of the young evangelist, Philip (Acts 8:5-8). These are not supposed “healings” that are part of a religious “show” being put on in some sort of circus tent with the supposed “healer” shouting loudly, laying his hand on the sick person’s head violently and making a big “production” of the whole thing. Rather, these genuine healings take place all across the United States and around the world when our faithful ministers quietly lay hands on people and ask God Almighty to keep His promise to heal the sick (James 5:14-15). As the end of this present age approaches, all true Christians need to grow in faith in the great God who made us and who gives us life and breath. Through that living faith, we must learn to “Claim God’s Promises” regularly!
Through the Work of our Tomorrow’s World television program and this magazine, and through the inspired efforts of a team of very dedicated men and women, the living Jesus Christ is beginning to do a significant Work of proclaiming the message of the Kingdom or Government of God which will soon be set up on this earth as the true Christ of the Bible is installed as King of kings (Revelation 11:15). This true Gospel has been virtually “buried” by a professing Christianity which is literally filled with pagan ideas, practices and traditions which the Bible never endorses and which are diametrically contrary to what Christ and the original apostles believed and taught.
The Eternal God clearly indicates that He will have a genuine “Work” accomplished on this earth just before the end of this present age. Jesus Himself stated, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14). The words you are now reading are a partial fulfillment of that very end-time commission! And God is warning you, now, “Beware therefore, lest what has been spoken in the prophets come upon you: ‘Behold, you despisers, marvel and perish! For I work a work in your days, a work which you will by no means believe, though one were to declare it to you’” (Acts 13:40-41).
Thousands of you are already donors or co-workers in this very Crusade which we have undertaken to proclaim the full Truth of Almighty God to a very confused world. This Work is growing in power and effectiveness in many different ways. In just this last year, we have fulfilled requests for literature from more than 185 countries around the world. Since the Tomorrow’s World telecast began in 1999, we have received literature requests from every nation on the globe except North Korea. In the most recent 12 months, we have mailed more than 310,000 booklets, DVDs and CDs to fulfill telecast offers, an increase of about 15 percent over the previous 12 months. An additional 375,000 pieces of literature have been sent to those who have requested literature from a Web site visit or through other venues. In the last 12 months, our printer in Minnesota mailed more than two million copies of the Tomorrow’s World magazine to subscribers around the world, and from Charlotte our Mail Processing Department sent out more than 1.3 million individual pieces of mail to U.S. addresses, along with tens of thousands more to addresses overseas.
As we have added new television stations, the Tomorrow’s World telecast has continued to receive excellent response. As many of you know, we went on Black Entertainment Television (BET) last July, potentially reaching 80 million television households. On September 2, we expanded our ION Network schedule to include an airing on Sundays at 6:30 a.m. With these initiatives, our television response in September jumped to more than 29,000—up from our previous monthly average of about 16,000 responses. In the United States and Canada 78 percent of the BET responses and 70 percent of the ION responses have been from brand-new contacts, which has helped us increase the circulation of our Tomorrow’s World magazine, which will have a print run of 377,000 for the November-December 2012 issue. Thank you for your prayers and support in the preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God!
Many of you have attended one of the more than 500 Tomorrow’s World Special Presentations that we have held since 2006. In the past 12 months, Tomorrow’s World representatives have given 190 presentations on five continents. Fourteen more presentations are scheduled for the remainder of 2012. God is also continuing to bless the Work’s Internet and social media efforts. Web traffic to the Tomorrow’s World Web site is growing rapidly, with an increase of about 42 percent in unique visitors over last year and about 30 percent increase in total traffic. Additionally, the effectiveness of the Tomorrow’s World Web site is greatly growing with big increases in average visitor time and material downloads. As an example, just last month, more than 125,000 articles and booklets were downloaded from the Web site—and this number does not include the download of booklets from the Apple iTunes store, mobile apps, or social media sites. Regarding social media—we have seen explosive growth in 2012. For example, more than 31,000 people have become “fans” of the Tomorrow’s World Facebook page, and over 26,000 people now follow us on Twitter. Our Internet and social media presence continues to grow rapidly, and we are reaching more and more people with the good news over these media. Many new people are now using social media to contact us about keeping the Sabbath or attending God’s annual Holy Days. Additionally, work continues on numerous other Internet strategies such as further expanding our mobile app reach, our presence on Internet television such as Roku, further expansion into YouTube, the creating of exciting new “viral Internet videos,” and supporting our worldwide work and efforts in the French and Spanish languages, as well as new strategies to reach additional millions of people in countries such as China, India and elsewhere.
My friends, Almighty God promises to bless those who seek His Kingdom and who put their trust in Him. Through the tithes and offerings of thousands of you faithful donors and co-workers, the Eternal God is certainly blessing and empowering this Work as you can see from the above paragraphs. God inspired the Apostle Paul to tell the Christians of his day, “But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:6-8).
We are very grateful for what so many of you are doing to help and support this vital Work. Thank you, very much, in Jesus’ name! And remember that the very real Creator God “is able to make all grace abound toward you.” As you truly serve your Creator with love and faith, He will give you the “breaks.” He will cause things to work for good in your life (Romans 8:28).

As many of you know, I am now 82 years of age. I have had to drive myself to keep going and be as productive as I possibly can in my old age. Yet God is with me and has been using me to keep this Work going and growing—for which I am very thankful. Within a few weeks after you receive this letter, I will be observing the 60th anniversary of my ordination as a minister of Jesus Christ. During those 60 years I have traveled all over the world, baptized hundreds of people, written hundreds of articles, been Deputy Chancellor of all three campuses of Ambassador College and had the privilege of teaching more Bible classes and Bible students than any individual in this Work of God during those years. Now, I am still able to carry on with God’s help and your support and prayers. So I hope that every one of you will “put your shoulder to the wheel” and literally “fight the good fight of faith”—put your real trust in God—and seek His Kingdom and His righteousness above all else. Then, you will not only be blessed in this life, but you will be brought into the everlasting Kingdom of God and fulfill the very purpose for which you were born. May God be with you and guide you to do His will.
