Dear Brethren and Co-Workers with Christ,
Greetings from Charlotte, NC! We are sending this letter a little early this month because thousands of us will soon be leaving for the Feast of Tabernacles celebration! Many of you have known about the Feasts of God, as we often refer to them in our literature. They are the religious festivals described throughout the Bible which clearly indicates that they will be observed in Tomorrow’s World by all the world! An increasing number of evangelical groups “talk about” these festivals and “dabble” at keeping them from time to time. But we in the Living Church of God actually do observe them—just as Jesus, the original apostles and the Church of God did for hundreds of years. And we’ll all be observing these annual festivals in a few years when Christ returns as King of kings!
For as God’s prophecy in Zechariah notes, when the “Day of the Lord” is underway, all the nations will be gathered against Jerusalem and the city shall be taken and half of Jerusalem shall go into captivity. “Then the Lord will go forth and fight against those nations, as He fights in the day of battle. And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives” (Zechariah 14:3-4).
Then, as your Bible clearly states: “It shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. And it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, on them there will be no rain” (vv. 16-17). The Eternal God makes it very clear that all the nations that “do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles” will be severely punished (vv. 18-19).
Does that make it sound like the Eternal God would somehow allow someone to “do away” with His commanded festivals?
Think!
The Feast of Tabernacles pictures the glorious time of the rule of Jesus Christ over all the earth. It is a time of feasting and rejoicing that Christ “will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths.’ For out of Zion the law shall go forth…. nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore. But everyone shall sit under his vine and under his fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid” (Micah 4:2-4). There will be genuine peace for the first time in human history! For God’s “law”—all the way through the Bible clearly described as the Ten Commandments—will be observed by all of humanity. That is the “key.” Men will quit “reasoning” around and trying to come up with their own ideas of right and wrong. Men will quit trying to come up with their own form of government. It will be the Government or Kingdom of God on earth under the direct rule of Jesus Christ!
Yet today, we daily see images of untold thousands of people fleeing the unrighteous rule of their governments in the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere. These millions of distraught people are desperate to get out from under their present governments which are often so corrupt and inept that terrorists are able to take over. So millions are hoping to somehow find peace and security in Europe. Yet, they are taking their own human nature right along with them. In fact, a number of analysts have explained that quite a number of “sleeper cells” of the ISIS terrorists are among these thousands of mainly young men heading into Europe.
The Bible clearly indicates that there will not be peace in the near future of Europe! Rather, it will be the center of the coming “Beast” power—finally superseded by the glorious coming of Christ and the Kingdom of God!
We, in this Work, are the “advance guard” of that coming Kingdom. We tell you the full Truth about God’s Plan of salvation as revealed in His Holy Days. We tell you the full Truth about the specific prophecies indicating not a coming “rapture,” but a “flight to safety” (Revelation 12) of God’s true people to protect them from the coming Beast power until Christ returns.
Every one of us who has part in this very Work is, in fact, “laying up treasure” to have a part in the coming Kingdom of God forever. I hope that all of you will begin to understand. I hope that all of you begin to truly get involved in what the living Christ is doing right now before the end of this age as the governments of this world literally come apart with increasing ferocity!

You will probably not hear from me again until soon after the Feast when I will be writing the semi-annual letter sent to all of our subscribers around the world now running over one-half-million who receive the Tomorrow’s World magazine! May God guide you and open your mind to the full Truth that you may have your part in the coming Government of God under Jesus Christ soon to be set up on this very earth.
