Greetings from Charlotte, NC! Never before in my 52 years in Christ’s service have I felt the degree of urgency that I do today!
Why?
Because I now clearly see that the key prophetic events that I have prayed about and preached about for decades are now starting to come to pass! In fact, many of these events have already taken place—or are in the process of occurring. As most of you long-time subscribers know, we have written and preached for decades that the British-descended and American peoples would be powerfully chastened by God if they continue turning more and more away from His laws and despising His ways.
The result?
The British Empire is no more. The United States itself is beginning to lose power and prestige. In Jesus’ name, I have to tell you that this process will continue! Only a genuine repentance and a revival of true religion among our peoples will stop this continuing national decline. In addition, we have preached and written for decades that the great "sea gates" given by God to the British-descended and American peoples would be taken away unless we turned wholeheartedly to God. That has already happened—in the main. The Suez Canal, Singapore and the Malacca Straits, the Strait of Hormuz, the Bab el Mandeb, the Panama Canal and most of the other vital sea gates we used to control are gone. Only the Falkland Islands—where the British can still control sea passage around the tip of South America—and Gibraltar remain. And even those last two remaining gates are in grave danger of being stripped away. But now—even as I write—momentous changes are beginning to take place on the world stage heralding the end of this age and the imminent return of the living Jesus Christ as King of kings! I am writing this the day before the United States presidential election. But whoever becomes the next President will not even remotely be able to solve the problems that are now on the horizon.
To illustrate what I mean, read carefully this quotation from the cover of TIME magazine from November 1, 2004: "On November 3, assuming we have a decision, America will wake up to either a President returning to office or a newly elected one. To the victor goes a nation divided. A nation split over its place in the world, over its basic values, over its future direction. No matter who wins, the Uncivil War is likely to continue. After such a venomous campaign, will it be possible to pick up the pieces, bridge the gaps and reunite the United States? To restore trust—not only in our leaders but also in one another? The stakes are higher than we could ever imagine."
My friends, the "Uncivil War" which TIME describes is definitely going to continue. For our nation is terribly divided. Remember that Jesus Christ stated, "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand" (Matt. 12:25).
Because of our growing rebellion against the laws of God, the United States of America will be brought to "desolation" as Jesus put it—much sooner and in a different way than even most religious leaders imagine! Even the esteemed editors of TIME magazine do not know—indeed, cannot know unless God calls them—all of the events that are soon going to exacerbate the awful divisions which already exist in our beloved nations.
For in decades past, the American and British descended people as a whole lived reasonably decent, honest, hard-working and family-centered lives. There was at least a degree of respect for the Creator—a "fear of God" as the biblical writers might put it. Now, however, that reverence and respect for the Creator has almost vanished from the minds and hearts of most of our "educated" leaders in politics, in the judiciary, the media and certainly in the field of education itself. Even most of the top theologians in the British, Canadian, Australian and American seminaries do not remotely believe in a real God of total knowledge and power, and they do not believe in His literal inspiration of the Holy Bible!
Therefore we have growing confusion among our peoples. Even the supposed "leaders" in religion and other fields are unsure of what is right and what is wrong in such issues as abortion, same-sex marriage, the very purpose of marriage and the family, of euthanasia and a growing list of other vital topics. For God is not "real" to them. And they definitely do not humbly seek His answers in the Holy Bible.
At this point, some 42 million unborn children have been slaughtered by the abortion industry since the Roe v. Wade decision of the U.S. Supreme Court! God-rejecting feminists, doctors, lawyers and judges have all contributed heavily to this abomination. And so many professing ministers of Jesus Christ have mostly maintained silence about this abominable practice or openly approved of it! How long will a just God let this vile practice continue?
In our professing "Christian" nations of the West, the homosexual movement is growing in numbers and in political power. Major Protestant denominations have ordained practicing homosexuals as ministers and even bishops in the name of Jesus Christ! An increasing number of nations now allow same-sex "marriages." All of this is so totally contrary to the clear teaching of scripture as to make our pretensions of "Christianity" seem ludicrous. Again, how long will the God of heaven stand by and allow His "birthright" peoples to continue down this moral toboggan slide?
In a vitally important prophecy in Leviticus 26—a dual prophecy with both an ancient and a coming end-time fulfillment—the Eternal God warned our forefathers about tremendous changes that would occur if they turned away from Him. Inspired biblical history clearly shows that when the ten-tribed "House of Israel" turned away from God and "despised" His laws, they began to experience a national punishment of unprecedented proportions—climaxing in a national captivity from which most of them never returned. You may read of this in II Kings 17:1-23.
The nation of Judah—called the "Jews"—continued on. But, except for a few stragglers who returned to Jerusalem, the millions of people in the "House of Israel" became known as the "Lost Ten Tribes" to historians and biblical scholars. It clearly demonstrates that the British-descended peoples of America, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are definitely the modern descendants of the "House of Israel!" These peoples have been given the awesome blessings promised the sons of Joseph in Genesis 49:22-26. But—and this is vital to understand—we will also receive the punishments promised them if we continue to turn away from God and despise His laws and His ways!
My friends, notice carefully what God said—for it is beginning even now to affect your very life and everything around you!
God told our forefathers, "But if you do not obey Me, and do not observe all these commandments, and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant, I also will do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it" (Lev. 26:14-16).
If we would despise His laws, the very first thing God said He would bring upon us is "terror"—terrorism. This began to happen dramatically more than three years ago on September 11, 2001. And another direct terrorist attack on the United States is almost certain to occur! But—mark my words—these things will continue and get worse and worse—unless our people come to a heartfelt repentance before the true God.
Next?
The next thing to occur would be "wasting disease and fever." Perhaps the most ominous wasting disease to emerge in modern times is AIDS. Significantly, it was at first actively spread outside Africa by homosexuals. Astonishingly, rather than powerfully condemning and clamping down on these people and their perverted actions—actions causing significant danger to our entire society—our religious and political leaders embraced them! They have become a "protected species" in our professing Christian nations.
My friends, read the rest of Leviticus 26 if you want to know where we are headed—unless we repent! Let me say that these events are already occurring and I am now telling you that they will get much worse over the next several years unless there is a fundamental change in the morals of our people. We in this Work of God are carrying out the "Ezekiel commission" given in Ezek. 33:1-7. The Eternal God tells us, "But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand. So you, son of man: I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me" (vv. 6-7).
In the pages of Tomorrow’s World you will read of the specific events that are going to occur—beginning within the next two to five years of your life! In this magazine you will be given real understanding as to what you should do. Many denominations primarily talk about Christ returning "someday, somehow." But they do not remotely understand the specifics of end-time prophecy. For they have rejected the "keys" to that understanding. Another vital "key" to genuine understanding of the Bible and of biblical prophecy is articulated in Psalm 111:10, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever." Over and over in the Bible, God tells us that He blesses, hears the prayers of, and gives understanding to those who are willing to obey the Ten Commandments! Notice I John 3:22, "And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight." My friends, this is New Testament teaching!
Yet very few professing Christian ministers teach genuine obedience to all ten of the Ten Commandments. They have various excuses about how the Ten Commandments were "nailed to the cross," or "done away with by Paul." And very few people understand the genuine meaning of the Ten Commandments.
That is the major reason our entire society is in terminal trouble! As James Madison, the fourth President of the United States expressed, "We have staked the whole of all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God."
