Here are some things I want to share with you. Our Spanish YouTube channel recently surpassed 10,000,000 views, and responses to our French Canadian television program in Quebec have more than doubled in recent months. We are now planning to add Dr. Wilner Pierre as a French language television presenter. We started a reformatted English-language Canadian version of Tomorrow’s World two weeks ago and we are very excited as the first responses far exceeded our expectations. The last three minutes of the program are reserved to answer Bible questions sent in from our viewers, allowing us to engage our audience and find out what is on their minds.
We are bringing together into a single document all of Dr. Roderick C. Meredith’s articles on the Protestant Reformation. The next-to-last installment is coming out in the May/June edition of the Tomorrow’s World magazine, but the last chapter will only be available by ordering the entire work. We are most enthused about this project, as it puts forth the historical record, telling little known truths of the beginnings of the Protestant movement, in stark contrast to the religion of Jesus and His Apostles. Depending on how large the response to this offer is, we will either put it in book form or in a less expensive form of a large booklet. Cost will be a factor, as printing and mailing something of this size will be expensive. Nevertheless, we believe this well-documented project gives facts that need to be exposed.
Dear friends, our world is heading for catastrophe. Jesus told His disciples near the end of His life that conditions would get so bad that all life could be destroyed on our planet. He said, in reference to the end of the age, “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened” (Matthew 24:21-22). Such a thing may be, as they say, unthinkable, but it is certainly not unimaginable, given the state of affairs and human nature. Thank God, He will cut short man’s insanity and stop the unthinkable!
Modern Christianity is on the wane in the Northern Hemisphere, but the Bible reveals that there will be a religious revival at the very end prior to Christ’s return. However, it will not be a revival to truth! A charismatic religious leader will perform deceiving miracles that will persuade millions to believe his lies. Yes, hundreds of millions will follow him. Why? Because they do not diligently seek the truth. “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved” (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10).
Do you love the truth? I sincerely hope so. How can you know?
Too many are already deceived by a counterfeit Christianity. They go along with traditions and customs handed down from generation to generation without ever questioning whether these customs come from God. Many others realize that their church mingles pagan customs all through their teachings, but they rationalize that this is “not that big a deal.” They follow the herd instinct. They reason, “All these churches can’t be wrong!” Or can they?
This is why Dr. Meredith’s series on the Protestant Reformation is so vital. Protestants reject Catholicism, but fail to look at their own traditions and practices. They fail to see they are in many ways following the great “mother church.” In fact, they are her daughters (Revelation 17:5)! When the false prophet appears on the scene, they will feel right at home with his doctrines, and the intoxication induced by the miracles he performs, will convince them to follow him. They will follow the crowd!
Dear members and co-workers, now is the time to make critical decisions about where God is truly working. There will come a time when it is too late, just as it was when Noah and his family boarded the Ark and God shut the door. How much time we have to do this Work remains a question, but we can look around and see that time is running out!
How do we know this? In Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 Christ Himself gives us signs to look for, and they are evident all around us. Our Western nations are leading the way in behaviors that are an affront to the Almighty Creator who made us. God is not mocked! He sets before us a choice, just as He did our forefathers before us. “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live” (Deuteronomy 30:19). Our peoples’ behavior indicates they have chosen poorly.
Once again, I cannot thank you enough for your support and heartfelt prayers. There is a reward for those who put Christ first in their lives. As Jesus told His disciples, “And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit everlasting life” (Matthew 19:29). May God speed His glorious Kingdom!
