Hello everybody,
Hopefully many of you are beginning to thaw out from the winter weather that blasted various parts of the U.S. and Canada, even though winter hasn't even officially arrived yet! We are all doing well here, except for a few who have been hit with the flu bug. Thankfully, recovery is now under way.
CHURCH ADMINISTRATION
Mr. Meredith has approved the following ministerial changes: Mr. and Mrs. Carl McNair are transferring from San Diego to Helena, Montana, January 1, 2004. They will continue their ministerial and administrative duties from there. As is the case with transfers, a "domino effect" is set in motion. One move generates other changes. In this instance it won't require other transfers, but we will need to reconfigure some of the church areas in Mr. McNair's region. Starting January 1, Dr. Jeff Fall will pastor the San Diego church and the Las Vegas video group, along with his other congregations, except Oakland and Fresno. Mr. Gary Ehman will be an Associate Pastor to Dr. Fall. Mr. Rod McNair will pick up the pastorates of Oakland and Fresno. Mr. Glen Gilchrist will begin pastoring the congregations in Tucson, Phoenix and Prescott Valley, Arizona. We appreciate all of the service these men and their wives are giving to God and His people, and send them our best in their new responsibilities.

COMMENTS
The year-end crunch is on here at Headquarters. We are currently in the middle of hammering out the budget for 2004, planning the Feast for next year, and tying up loose ends for the Ministerial Conference taking place in March. These projects are only part of the busy picture everyone is engaged in. However, it is all about doing God's Work—and what a joy to be involved in that! We know all of you are very busy as well, and we pray daily that God will strengthen you to finish the task at hand. We count on you to do the same for us. Drive carefully, and bundle up for the winter weather ahead.
Have an encouraging Sabbath!
