Citing Sources

Use the following links to help you create citations for your classes and for other projects. Several different referencing styles are listed below, however, there are numerous others.

MLATHIS IS THE STYLE WE TYPICALLY USE FOR LIVING EDUCATION-CHARLOTTE COURSES. Reference style of the Modern Language Association. This style is often used by the humanities and the liberal arts.

AMA – Reference style for the American Medical Association. This style is often used for writing in the medical and public health fields.

APA – Reference style for the American Psychological Association. This style is often used in the Arts and Sciences.    

CHICAGO – Reference style often used in the fields of history, the humanities, and the arts.

TURABIAN – Reference style often used for research papers, theses, and dissertations.
